We have a lot of bilingual bookapps - the best ones are edited and read by native speakers of each language (Mandarin/English)This book, just by looking at the screen shots above, was never edited by a native English speaker. There are not only terrible mistakes, the story is lost in this poor translation. There are other great bilingual bookapps out there - look at those before spending money on this one.

I downloaded this app then previewed it on my i pad & immediately deleted it. will not let my 5 year old listen to this. if the reading could be done in English by an English speaking person & the grammatical errors are fixed & the word "hell" removed. i would consider this story. narrator cannot even pronounce Pinnochio..pittiful!it deserves no stars but since thats not an option it gets one....

Although the illustrations are beautiful, the language used by the storyteller is not correct. The story was obviously translated to English and uses some incorrect or awkward words and phrases. I found this to be true of all the stories I downloaded from this company. Very disappointing. I've had to delete them.
