This app has a lot of potential if they would actually pay attention to it. Vin decoder freezes up, closes out. When you were in a car fax or auto check viewing it, there is no way to go back to the vehicle listing. You have to kill the app. Then you have to toggle between the VIN decoder and the inventory button all over again, back and fourth, until it works again. I’m a car dealer, we are stuck with this dms for now therefore I’m Stuck with this app. Then finance express actually had the nerve to call me and try to upgrade me to the “newest software” (for more $$ obviously) that is way less “glitchy” they said. Which it’s not. I have a few colleagues that have experience with idms and it’s just as bad if not worse I hear! Like HELLO!!! How about you make the product you sold us (and continue to charge us for monthly) work the way it’s supposed to 1st!!!! Unbelievable!! Hopefully if they care about their dealers, they will read this, fix some things & possibly even reach out and get some feedback. I’d be happy to give them some suggestions.

The app is out right horrible. It's so outdated, the app doesn't even function right totally takes away the accessibility while trying to use it for my job. I seriously can't believe this app is even on the market. The developers should really be fired or resent to training.

Needs a major overhaul or update. Nothing is functioning correctly with on an iPhone.

This app is very poorly designed. I always have to delete it and re-add it for it to somewhat work.
