We've updated our database with some missing crimes that had been filtered out in our latest conversion.

This version includes the 2024 California Criminal Statutes. The CA Jury Instructions have been included when there is an instruction referencing any of the crimes we include in our database. The court date calculator has the ability for holidays to be added. Users that operate within courts that observe additional holidays than what is standardized for the state can now add the needed holidays to their app so that calculations will display correctly.

Several bugs due to a server update have been fixed.

This version of the app incorporates the 2021 changes to the CA Statutes that were voted on in 2020 and went into effect in January of 2021. The 3 Tier sex registration has been implemented in the app as well. Finally, the 66% prison credit ratio as well as pre-sentence custody credit ratio has been added to give more options in calculating credit ratios.

This version updates the database with the legislative changes for the 2020 year. It also implements the "sign-in with apple ID" feature. Additionally, there was an additional sex registration field added in anticipation of SB 384 [Effective January 1, 2021]. Note: Drug registration is no longer required per AB 1261. This version also adds a couple more years worth of holidays into the court date calculator portion of the application.
