Access and experience all your Discovery products wherever you are.   Application features:   Discovery Health: Access your membership card, find a healthcare professional, submit and track your claims, get your tax certificate and more. Discovery Vitality: See your Vitality points and status, track your Vitality Active Rewards goal and more. Discovery Card:  View your transactions and balances, spend your Discovery Miles in store and more. Discovery Insure:  Request emergency assistance, submit a claim, track your Vitalitydrive points and Active Rewards and more. Discovery Life:  View your policy information including financial adviser details. Discovery Invest:  View your portfolio (including fund balances) and request to have a document emailed to you. Members on the following medical schemes will also have access to their scheme information: MMED, Naspers, LA Health, Tsogo, TFG, Quantum, Anglovaal, Retail Medical Scheme, UKZN, BMW, Malcor, Wits  & SAB . User notes:  The application is available for anyone to download, but you have to be a Discovery member with at least one active Discovery product and must register on the Discovery website (www.discovery.co.za) before you can log in on the Discovery app. You will use the same username and password for the app as for the Discovery website.   Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This App reads / writes data from Apple’s Health App with your permission. Earn Vitality points for your workouts from the Health App.

Preferred the app how it was, the new interface is not as user friendly! The devices are not syncing as often and it is difficult to find the syncing options. Wish I didn’t have to see the rings for car insurance ect as it is not applicable to me and makes the interface look busy and confusing

App gives issues when retrieving vouchers

Overall I’m a massive fan of Discovery. I think what they do for South African society is amazing and the entrepreneurial excellence behind this company is incredible. But… Every time I get to a Mugg and bean to buy a coffee with a voucher, the app glitches in some way. It either doesn’t load the voucher, or loads 2 vouchers, or it won’t log in at all. It can be very frustrating when you’re in a rush. And even more frustrating when this happens more than 50% of the time.

But… Every time I get to a Mugg and bean to buy a coffee with a voucher, the app glitches in some way. It either doesn’t load the voucher, or loads 2 vouchers, or it won’t log in at all. It can be very frustrating when you’re in a rush. And even more frustrating when this happens more than 50% of the time.

Cant log in or connect my device since update

On iOs13. Since the latest update, the app did not load any data, I deleted the app and reinstalled, upon load I cant log in to my discovery app anymore, whenever I select log in, the interface triggers the “Forgot password” link and I get redirected, the keyboard also shifts out of the screen which makes it very difficult to access, I luckily had keychain activated or I would not be able to enter my details at all. As a result of the failure to log in, I can not connect my fitness device either. Please assist or update the app as soon as possible.

The app is not stable and effective for completing any of the mental health or vitality health checks. It is deeply frustrating trying to complete these long questionnaires while the app crashes or doesn’t save the results etc. The same is true if you try to do these questionnaires via the discovery website. The pages simply don’t save or reload properly. Truly a waste of valuable time, that actually serves to raise one’s level of stress and irritation, instead of the opposite.
