This app is extremely frustrating to use, especially on a cell phone. I was only able to log on once. After that I continue to get an error message stating that my email address is incorrect when it is not. What is even more infuriating is that every few seconds of me attempting to input my address, the app keeps crashing. 😫There are other webinar apps that do not have this problem. According to other reviews, this app has had issues with crashing for over seven years. Why is this still a problem several years later?😟When I am able to use this app, there are no speed settings for recordings, which is so inconsiderate of our time. When I was able to connect on a tablet, there were no controls at all. Therefore, you cannot pause/stop, turn up the volume or do anything other than watch the video. If you need to pause the video, you have to exit. 😣 What kind of programming is that? 🤨

APP keeps crashing after 2 minutes.A year ago, Video wouldn't work. Last few months, audio wouldn't work. In addition, the app keeps crashing.I have called support in the past. A big clue to the problem is that they were not listening to me, and blamed every little thing on external factors, and not their platform.For example, they blamed my internet connection, when I clearly told them it crashes the same on all types of internet connections. The problem has been their for a long time, so I don't think they have a clue to the real problem with their platform. Looking at the reviews, it seems I am not alone.

App is unusable. App constantly crashes within one minute of use. I uninstalled and reinstalled but issue remains. Many others Have commented here but developers have not addressed the issues.Above was my original complaint however when I contacted the developer they responded quickly and stayed in touch until my issue was resolved. I was pleasantly surprised by their service. Lesson here is don't just leave bad reviews. Communicate with developers and you may be pleasantly surprised also.

This app deserves its low ratings because it always crashes and I can never hear what the person is saying. Just a bunch of garbled jibber jabber. The red x does not work when reloading the chat room. I’ve tried reinstalling the app many times and no improvement. This app works fine on Windows PC except screen share refresh is slow and unwatchable most of the time. This is literally the worst app I have ever seen on the market and wish my class would switch to another app.
