Fixed/Improved process to do re-inspections (from iPad as well as from desktop) for Other Rooms n. Added the capability of creating a 24 Hour and 30 Day Re-inspection Exam from the iPad o. No Show Functionality – On the Summary Decision screen we add both No Show 1 and No Show 2. When you select the No Show 1 button a date field appears and you can schedule the date of the re-inspection. We implemented the ‘No show 2’ option in order to send an email to the Occupancy/Eligibility Specialist. (Instructions: After check option ‘No Show 2’ in “Summary decision of the unit”, save (important!) the information and an email will be sent to the Occupancy/Eligibility Specialist. If no error, a success message will show otherwise an error message will pop up.

Change the synching so when you synch the system automatically synch’s all completed inspections and removes them from the iPad thus eliminating the need to Clear Local Database in System Maintenance. b. Changed the Inspection Summary screen so that all comments automatically are imported when you click into the screen. c. Added the Completion Date on the Summary Decision screen and left the field on the Inspection Information screen. d. Moved additional rooms as allow number 4’s between 3 and 5. e. For Photos we now change the color of the bar to yellow if photos have been taken and attached to the question. We also fixed some issues with photo syncing errors, added photos for other rooms, photos erasing other photos and after taking a photo the system took you to the top of the room inspection. f. For Signatures we fixed the issue of the signature carrying from one inspection to another.
