Countering Tinnitus

I am using this at night as a counter measure for a recent affliction of severe tinnitus that came out of no where. Having these soothing sounds play at night helps.

I like to listen to this as I fall asleep. I'm nearly 9 months pregnant and have been doing this meditation for about half of my pregnancy. Wish I'd started years ago! I think it has really helped me stay calm and balanced. I love how customizable it is - the sounds, induction time, and sleep/wake modes. I personally prefer the long induction, stream sounds, and sleep mode. I purchased several meditation apps and this one is my favorite.
