Cancelled subscription after a few years…

… because I could no longer access any issues I’d already purchased. Reloading the app and trying to restore purchases did not work. Too bad, because there were some good articles in the magazine.

I made an in app purchase of Crowning of the King Special Issue and the whole app went down. I had to delete the app, reinstall it then try to reinstall all my back issues and purchases! Even after restoring purchases the app won’t let me download my purchases from 2015-2018! The app is asking me to repurchase each issue from 2015-2018 even though I had a subscription. Totally ridiculous! I’ve had a subscription to Britain Magazine for years and I enjoy reading it but this worthless app destroys the experience. Update 4/21/2023 Here are all of the issues that have been purchased via subscription or individually that I still can not download! May/Jun 2018 Jan/Feb 2018 Britain 2018 Guide Nov/Dec 2017 Sep/Oct 2017 May/Jun 2017 Jan/Feb 2017 London 2017 Guide Britain 2017 Guide All Issues for 2016 All Issues for 2015 All Issues for 2014 except issue Jan/Feb 2014 Issues Mar/Apr 2013 Issues Jan Feb 2013 Nov/Dec 2012 Mar/Apr 2012 Nov/Dec 2011 If you can’t fix your worthless app then I feel I should be refunded for these issues. It’s weird I could down load all but two issues for 2018 and able to download only two issues from 2017. August 14 2023. I got into the app today and it had an error code. I tried refreshing the app for purchases, but nothing happened. I deleted the app and it’s contents. I said to keep my subscription. I redownloaded the app, told it to restore my purchase. It only downloaded the first issue! It’s asking me to repurchase all my back issues! November 2023 Every time there is an update to this piece of crud App I lose access to several issues of this magazine. I can no longer access my subscription for May-December 2023. The app says I have to repurchase those issues! 😡 Fix this app! Britain magazine did another update on this worthless piece of crud app and it’s done the exact same thing as all the other downloads. I install the updates get into the app and then it has an internal error! I have to delete the app and reinstall it and I asked to restore purchases. It seems to do that, but now it won’t let me reinstall the last six months. From May 2023 - Jan 2024! It’s telling me I have to repurchase these issues! I think I’m going to cancel my subscription to the online magazine and just get a paper one in the mail. This app is a waste of my money!I finally given up! I am so sick of this worthless app and wasting my money! I’ve canceled my subscription. Your magazine has some great articles, but it’s not worth the hassle. I’ve been going through for the last two years. You refuse to correct the errors in your app and it’s not worth me wasting my time and money trying to reinstall back issues which won’t let me do anymore
