I find this app quite helpful for me to brush up on sailing topics after not having been out for a while. It gets you back up with very useful topics.

I wanted a simple quiz / flash card-like app to help me learn sailing terminology. This app provides that, along with three display ads per question and answer: one ad at the top and bottom of each page as well as in the confirmation dialog. I can almost hear the "ka-ching" every time I answer a question. I've seen fewer ads on a NASCAR racing car. Very distracting. Finally when I select an incorrect answer the confirmation dialog is so big it often covers up the correct answer. It took me a minute or two to figure out I could scroll through the answer obscured by the confirmation dialog. Great content hidden behind a greedy and poorly design user experience.
