Banking with your Members First app is safe and secure, and is backed by our commitment to privacy and online security. Your personal information is protected by the same level of security as our Online Banking, which includes advanced encryption technology.
•128 bit encryption
•Secure login information is not stored on your device
•There is an automatic inactivity logout if the application is inactive for 10 minutes
•Account masking – account numbers are truncated to only display the last 4 digits

*To use our Mobile Banking App, simply enter your online banking username and password. If you’re not already enrolled, contact us at 603-622-8781 to register.

Very convenient!

I’ve been a member for many many years… And I love the online banking option from my phone. Makes it easy to pay bills quickly, and keeps me up-to-date on what’s going on with my accounts… Wouldn’t have it any other way

Awful

This app used to work, but for the past several months it will not log in 9 times out of 10. I get an “application error” message every time I open the app. This is very frustrating when I have a check to deposit and it takes me multiple tries per day for four or five days in a row before the app will actually load. And there is no place in the app to get help or submit feedback. Very disappointing. I will be calling the local branch to let them know, but you would think that after months of this problem, someone else would have complained and they would have fixed it. My husband has the same issue on his phone too, so it’s not just me. And we have recent iPhones, so the app really should work on them.
