TECHNICIAN ON THE WAY The “On my way” button texts the customer your arrival time, adjustable in 15-minute steps. The customer can reply with directions or let you know they are not at home – you see it in the job. “I’m here” starts the work timer. HAND OVER A JOB Running late or missing a part? Ask the office to reassign the job – with a reason and a suggested colleague. You see the office’s decision in the job and in “My requests”.

SERVICE AGREEMENTS Jobs covered by an agreement are marked with a badge, and the details show the agreement number and terms: which visit of the package it is, what is included, discounts and response time. DEADLINES TO HANDLE Vehicle inspections, medical checks or instrument calibration appear in your calendar. When done, tick them off with one button. BIG SCREEN On iPad the list and details sit side by side.

CHECKLISTS The office decides what needs doing for each repair type and device, and you fill it in on the work order card. Progress and missing items are shown at a glance. FINISHING A JOB A work order with required items can be closed once they are filled in. If something is missing, the app tells you what and takes you straight to the list. REPAIR HISTORY Completed orders show the checklist exactly as it was saved at closing.

WAREHOUSE ON YOUR PHONE Receive, issue and move parts from the van, and scan barcodes with the camera. A line now has a quantity, and part details show batch history. STOCK COUNT The office adds you to a counting team and you count on the phone: type the quantity or scan code after code. JOB CARD BY TEXT No e-mail? Send the customer a link by SMS. If your company doesn't send texts, the message opens on your phone. VISIT CONTACT The job shows the person and number chosen by the office.

YOUR DAY ON A MAP The whole day on one map: the order of visits, kilometres driven and left, and your own position. You can see how far the next customer is — and on the job list, how far each one is from you. VISIT TIMER Measure the time you spend at the customer's with one button. Pause and resume as you like; closing the job stops it for you. The button appears on jobs that require it.

The visit is done but the job isn't? Tick "needs further work", pick a type and write what is left to do — it goes straight to the office, with the customer, the appliance and the job number. You can also choose what you see on your job list: keep the time, address and fault description, or show everything. Settings → Appearance.

Messages you can format — make what matters stand out. Under your own message you can see whether the office has read it. The job card now shows the appliance start-up date.

New: Messages. Talk to the office right from the app — a separate conversation for every job, plus a general one. New messages arrive as a notification, and tapping it opens that exact conversation.
