The CyberArk Identity (formerly Idaptive) mobile app provides you with secure access to all your organization’s applications and resources from your iOS device. By using the CyberArk Identity mobile app, you get:

• Single sign-on (SSO) access to all your cloud and on-premise apps while giving IT the security and compliance they need.
• Easy-to-use adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) to better protect corporate data. Choose from single-tap one-time passcodes or push notifications to mobile devices and smartwatches.
• Secure access to corporate email, mobile apps, VPN and Wi-Fi (if enrolled into MDM service).

Before installing this app, please verify that your company has licensed for necessary services from CyberArk. If your company has licensed necessary Identity services, all you will need is the authentication credentials that you normally use to log into your company’s CyberArk Identity portal.

This app may use the Device Administrator permissions, if your company has enrolled into MDM services.

Confusing/gps won’t work correctly

I am an owner of a company which has to used this app. Hard for staff to use. App locks itself for no reason and doesn’t let staff pass the authentication step. Wish they were able to change a few things such as been able to see hours worked in a week after you upload the delivery. Not recomended. Multiple windows to complete process very confusing for older staff using the app. Needs to be more user friendly plus gps doesn’t work properly and on samsung phones the geolocation won’t active even when the gps on the phone is on. Horrible experience

Quick access to all my work

I’ve been using the Centrify app for iOS for close to four years. It’s been on my phone for that long, since I continually use the mobile Authenticator for all Multi Factor Authentication.

I also use it to gain quick access to apps that I use in my work, salesforce, office and concur for expenses. Furthermore, the app is very secure, using SAML to quickly assign me a token for authentication.

My phone is managed by the Centrify cloud platform, which means if I ever lose it or it gets stolen, my data is protected. Someone in my enterprise can lock to wipe my phone on demand.

Outside of SAML, I love that it uses single sign on for all my app logins, which takes the guess work out of any passwords I may have forgotten, since I store these in my user portal.

One more neat feature is access to the system vault. So if I need an account login for a system in my enterprise, I can quickly check out a password for an account, knowing at the conclusion of my work on the server, the password will be rotated and protected from password reuse.

Bottom line, it’s a great platform and this app facilitates excellent identity management. From MFA to Single sign on, Centrify has saved me countless productivity hours and protected me from potential breaches.

App is NOT Consistent

I am the owner. Approved Services aren’t displayed, employees can’t sign in once they arrive to work, clients are not showing in the consumers assigned to me selection. I have spent 21 days waiting for assistance from help desk, and the EVV details are stating that staff is not in allowable service areas, I have met employees at individuals home, and confirmed their locations ,but the app continuously states week after week some staff members are not in allowable range. This is creating problems with staff income, and definitely needs more work on this app. Not recommended at this time.
