My Fujitsu has a setting on the remote called minimum. It brings the unit to a minimum temperature of 50. I don't see access to this on the remote. Also minimum temperature on the remote is 50 on minimum and 55 on a regular heat cycle. The minimum temperature on the app is 60. Is there anyway to fix this. I use it for a 2nd home and need to keep at a minimum heat to keep pipes from freezing during the winter. Can you please assist me with this. The minimum control is ok without but the lower temperature would be a great help.

Little quirks at first when using the app to set Schedules. But you pick it up quickly.

There is no support over weekends and holidays. Especially to reset/fix servers that cause RES BLINKING light on your WiFi units.

When you get the red blinking light on your WiFi units…that means their servers have errors and needs a reset to fix it. When this happens over weekends, no one can reset/fix them until the next weekday. So you’re left with a blinking red light for 2-3 days.

But during the week when servers need reset/fix, it’s done usually within that day.

This app and it’s companion device is literally worse than actually just walking to the thermostat and adjusting it twice a year.

It constantly looses connection so you have climb up your attic to reset it, only for it it fail to sync or loose connection again a month later anyways. Not to mention the company pushes updates then expects you to go up your attic and reset it again. Even if you do all that schedules will randomly apply and turn on cooling when it’s freezing out. Dumber than my regular dumb thermostat.
