We have banked with many wonderful success oriented professionals who are now and have been with C&N bank for several years. Since these extra special professionals provided financing to build our office in the 1990s we moved our business to C&N bank when it opened in Doylestown. We followed them because they recognized it was the best place for them also. It is rare and especially appreciated to have access to attentive human beings on whom we may depend to help us with our needs! It is always a great experience!

This is the worst banking app ever. The change to this new system and bank merger is ATROCIOUS! And did the bank really have to make these changes in the middle of the holiday season - the worst possible time to screw up everyone’s online shopping? How inconvenient to customers! This app is NOT user-friendly in any way. It is overly complicated for no reason. It signs out after a few minutes of actively using the app which messes up settings you are actively trying to change or save. It doesn’t recognize Face ID even, though all of my other apps do. Connecting other accounts is problematic. The settings and menus are so difficult to use and you have to go all the way back to the first screen every single time and then navigate through multiple menus just to get to the next setting. The first 2/3 of the screen are advertisements for programs and services I do not want and so I have to scroll down to see a snapshot of my accounts and do what I actually opened the app to do. I was auto-enrolled in their stupid ID theft protection services which is just a scam to sell my data to third party services. You have to opt out of it rather than the other way around. There are constant pop-up ads while I am in the middle of doing important, secure banking that are confusing, make it easy for errors to occur, and make it seem like this is a scammy app or game app. I went into a physical locations and contacted the bank directly several times and was told completely inaccurate information by the representatives. Clearly they do not know or have not been trained accordingly. There is barely any information with instructions or to make the transition easier, especially for people who are not tech savvy. The booklet that I was given had overly complicated and difficult instructions and the information ended up not being correct anyway. I hate using this app and online banking. It is so frustrating and I am going to take my money to a different bank as a result. This app and bank are going to take advantage of and harm unknowing and vulnerable people. I feel so badly about that. Good luck and stay vigilant!

UPDATE: This much improved version deserves five stars. It presents information clearly, and the options are easy to find and use.Old:I can see my accounts, and perform the actions I need, so the basic functions seem to work. But pressing on some links brings up fields to type in with no explanation of what they are, and I can't find a way to log off. It's like this was written by an amateur, or else they started it and then ran out of funding, or something.

No more add and subtracting Easy used, I review my account maybe twice a week. See that everything looks good. Total of five minutes. Some weeks keeping up with checks and major bills alone up two hour a week. And it was to much even think of with someone like me that stops 5 stores a day. So really never knew how much was in my checking. So easy now all done for me!
