It’s fun little game could use a few updates

This game is a fun creative game that is good for anyone who can keep real fish alive. It have a few major down points though. Three are no other ways to get other gems without buying spending money, and that really restricts a lot of game play. Also, evolving your fish is really cool but, when you can only do it one at a time it becomes really annoying because you have to spend some more money for that. So that is why I have given this game a three star rating. People need to link something into the game that people can get gems for free but they have to download more of that company's apps. I have been playing this game for awhile. Everything was going alright since the last "crash". I had saved over 300 thousand coins and 300 gems. Most of the money I spend on games goes to this one. After I had saved all those coins and gems I found most of my decorations missing! Just vanished! To replace the decorations it took most of the coins and gems that I had. I did not complain to the support address. I eventually got back to over 300 thousand coins. I could never recover the gems. Just the other day I went to check my tanks and I couldn't believe it! My decorations are missing again!!! This time I can't afford to replace my decors because I don't have the gems. Why is it that when I get over 300 thousand coins my decorations disappear? I would like to replace my decors but at the same time I'm not sure I want to keep getting disappointed! The really sad thing is I can't find a support email address that works! So I feel like I have been left hanging from a limb. I would love for someone from the support team to contact me!
