Have you been invited to take a Wepow interview? Great! This free Wepow app will enable you take your video interview on your mobile device. A Wepow interview gives you the control and flexibility to begin the interview whenever and wherever is most convenient for you. And Wepow ensures candidates and recruiters start getting to know each other through a richer engaging video experience. After you download the app and interview, you’ll have a chance to read through instructions and test your video camera. Once you begin the interview, you will watch videos of your interviewer talking and asking questions. For each question, you’ll have a short time to think before you record your video response. It got the job done, took a while to upload, like about 5 mins or so.The video quality was so bad, and it looked like its a little desynced. My 1080 quality on my iPad looked like 400 or 720 ish on the app. Might as well have used my laptop. The sound picked up alright though if you planned on not using headphones.

This app doesn’t allow you to go back an fix any recordings so once u start it u have to be prepared an know exactly what to say or you embarrass yourself in anyway u have to deal with the consequences an u can’t go back an try an fix it it’s out in the world no reset no ability to stop or pause your video if your kids screaming in the back it’s just sends it through mistakes an all that’s not gonna be helpful for anyone with zero confidence in them selfs as is

It will not let you re-do an interview video not even once. I did not notice it was recording, and when I did, I had a brain fart and it was too late. Now I will have to keep looking for another job that hopefully doesn’t use this app.
