What is Get~2~Goal? Get~2~Goal is a tool created by students from Bucknell University in collaboration with the Obesity Institute at Geisinger Health System to assist current, future, and prospective patients with weight management after Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass Surgery. How can Get~2~Goal help me? Get~2~Goal provides personalized weight goals using years of trends and data that have been collected by Geisinger, it allows for tracking weight over time, it calculates probability of surviving the procedure and probability of resolving diabetes (for diabetes patients) based on information entered in your personal profile For prospective patients: Displays trends of expected weight loss over time after surgery Using Get~2~Goal with the Apple Health app on iPhone empowers you to better manage your health.

Please update this app to restore various functions that no longer work, mostly scrolling the weight history. New profiles would be great, too. This can be an amazing tool for those who pursued the RNY option but right now it’s only minimally useful.

I like the App. I wish that you could format for the different Surgeries. The option for Lapband, VSG, RNY, and BPD-DS. I’m a DS patient. Do you receive info back from clients? If so that would populate the data you need if you do not have enough data in the practice. You could then also specialize better for Sex, Weight, and Age. I would even share more info. It used my Data from Apple Health and populated the info.

Maybe the worst update in the history of apps. The previous version was lovely. Basic, easy, functional, everything you want in an app. This new update is none of the above. With the new update here’s what changed:-wiped all of my data (every single daily weigh in for the last year AND my profile data)-no longer calculates weight loss-requires twice as many clicks to enter weight-log book doesn’t scroll down. SO can’t actually view all the dates-log book has most recent weight at the bottom so would require scrolling to view (if that worked)-graph can no longer be zoomed in onAll in all I give this new update a resounding F. It’s absolutely terrible.

They recently updated the app and it completely wiped out all of my data. It no longer calculates your weight loss. It also no longer pulls my data from my smart scale. I was so happy with the app before and now it seems like a waste. I am better off just using my smart scale app to track my trends.
