Meitetsu is an infamous train line for foreign passengers. The platforms and schedules are confusing. Your app description is in English and well written. It describes what the app can do and it seems to be just what the foreign community and guests to Nagoya need to help navigate the trains. What it doesn't do is provide the app service in another language such as English. Is it just too hard for you to provide these services or are you just unwilling to do so? This app would be 5 out of 5 stars if you would take the time and effort to assist the non Japanese who so desperately need an app like this. It would be nice to see a Japanese train company take the time to actually care for and help cater to the ex-pat foreign community as well as business travelers and holiday makers who visit the Chubu area. Remember these are the folks who use your trains to visit the companies and sites in this area as well. By providing this service it would show that Meitetsu is a forward thinking company and is willing to reach out and change the inward looking style that dominates Japan.
