Looks like management is living in Stone Age of IT
Take a look at your mobile banking app yourself ppl working at the top level management of NIBL. Mobile application for banks have taken a big leap in Nepal, hope you sprint quick enough to catch up or else you will be losing clients left, right and center. Also, isn’t it sort of thuggery if you charge and don’t provide quality service to your customers. Time to act, not think.
This doesn't look like an app for a bank.
This app needs to improve a lot in terms of GUI, user friendliness, workflow. It looks basic and has a lot of rooms for improvements. Take some examples from international bank apps.

I found the mobile app of Standard Chartered much better.
Worst Mobile banking experience from one of the leading commercial bank
In this era of internet, we are forced to complete tasks using sms service which is a proper disgrace for bank of such demeanor.. Much smaller banks of Nepal have better application support than this app..
