iElastance estimates left ventricular end-systolic elastance (Ees), effective arterial elastance (Ea) and their ratio, ventricular–arterial coupling (VAC), from six values you already have at the bedside: cuff pressures, a standard echocardiogram and two systolic time intervals. No catheter, no extra equipment.
