Very buggy. Crashes constantly. Only works when you are on the network the spa is on. Basically worthless. The entire point of this PAID app to allow you to access the spa off the network. I’m wondering if this isn’t a scam.

Good day,The status LED on your module should be blue, allowing access from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. If the LED is green, then it can't communicate with our server. This app only work 50% of the time. Now it is completely dead. Any suggestions would be great. I not able to monitor my spa on the rental property.

95% of the time dose not work

This is a great idea if it ever works. Have the spa since last fall 2016.. for months the spa couldn't even maintain the connection with the router located 15' away form it. 6 months later... and a hand full of calls to the authorized dealer and now it connects but the app doesn't work. Not even the world version. Looks like they need a lot of work to make it functional :(
