It’s a well-designed app. I think app team has given considerable amount of time to every feature in the app. I can easily say that top bank app in Turkey.

Unfortunate app for a “seemingly” big bank
This banking app is more than a hassle. It’s buggy, slow and is not maintained good.
Even though I’ve set in-app preferences to NOT send me notifications AT ALL, it sends their marketing notifications all the time, and then complains that my notification settings are disabled. Such a stupid thing to do.
Moreover the support link on the AppStore takes you to a general help page on the bank website. This shows how much Akbank is dedicated to their digital presence. Sad.

I’m a happy user of Akbank online banking. Easy to use, user friendly, makes life better and easier. It works from everywhere(america, europe, etc). I like its setup. Thank you.
