I need to switch from an old email account that will be no longer be available to a new account. As I have over 14,600 emails and over a thousand contacts to review and decide whether to inform contacts of the new email account I was hopeful this app would create a list of contacts, export it to a CSV file, and then use that to review who to imform of the new email addrss. When I clicked Import and selected the mbox file it did nothing for over an hour. When I looked at Activity Monitor it was using 0% CPU, and just did nothing. It doesn't have a FAQ page, a manual, or how-to videos that could help. I could email a question and wait 24 hours for a response. So it is not only overpriced but doesn't even do what it promises to do. I ultimately downloaded another app which did the task in 5 minutes.
