Support is a bit sketchy

I’ve had an online subscription to Bike for about 18 months. I love the magazine but have had problems in the last 2 to 3 months with page displays. Lately I haven’t been able to log in with my IPad. It tells me “in progress”. I’ll keep trying to reset and make sure the app is updated. I contacted tech support when I had problems with the page displays but it is still different than it was several months ago. Not as seamless as it was.

I love this magazine. Great photos, road tests, stories, contributors, and rides which take place usually in the UK, but sometimes all over the world including the US. US motorcycle magazines are almost all gone, and their road tests are inferior to those in Bike. Plus I enjoy the way the writers use the English language. It’s fun to see the extra “u” in all those words. I highly recommend this magazine. A reader from Oregon

This is the last best hope for motorcyclists.Excellent writing and photography.These people truly have a love of biking and a passion for sharing that experience.Excellent app. Very intuitive, even for a middle-aged person.Staff sense of humor is a huge plus.I am American, and though I have subscribed to several MC magazines over the years, this has always been in my top two.R.I.P. Motorcycle Consumer News(No, not the British MCN; the American publication, which was also irreplaceable, but recently shuttered.)I am very much looking forward to the day when things get back to normal, so that I can go on a long tour and spend some money at businesses that need it.John
