I enjoy using this app for my daily workout, which I am glad that I have found it. The interface is great, and it is simple to navigate. This Kettlebell workout app helps me to stay active by having a full body workout. It also helps me to gain muscle, as well as lose weight. This is the one app that I can schedule my workout plan. I highly recommend this workout app to those who are looking to exercise.

A great application. It helps me practice better at home without having to go to the gym. My body has improved a lot after more than 1 month of training under this application. Also a few more workouts like the ability to have sets and reps as well as ladders would make it the most versatile kettlebell app out there.

Not user friendly, practically thrown together.

This app is limited and not very user friendly. I had a very hard time putting in my weight and size info. Also when it gave me problems when I tried to change the kettlebell weight reverting back to the default. It uses the same exact exercises for each program. The exercises for losing weight are same as those for gaining muscle or toning but it leads you to believe they are different. There better and cheaper kettlebell apps currently on the market.
Not user friendly, practically thrown together.

This app is great if you want to workout with kettlebells. It’s simple and easy to find what you want to find; there are videos that show you how to do the workout and it gives you a timer so you know how long to workout. Great App!
