This app is easy to use. However, it would be nice to know the progress of the order, i.e. when the pizza will be ready for take out/delivery...

I downloaded the app when I was on the flipperspizzeria website and there was an ad to receive a $10 reward upon downloading the app. Well I downloaded the app, created an account, verified it through email, added my residence, location, etc. The whole shebang. I quickly come to find out that the app is completely unusable. When I sign in and click on “begin new order” and click either option of “carryout” or “delivery” it cannot find my location whether I select “use address” or “current location”. I live in Florida and the only locations that populate are California, Georgia, Virginia and Maryland. There’s no way for me to type in my store location in Orlando. Idk why that’s not an option. So I’m completely out of luck in placing any orders through the app. Oh, and the $10 reward… never got that either. I’m left to uninstall and wait for them to fix these issues.

The apps functionality is great. I can order in less than a minute. BUT, we need the ability to order half/half signature pizzas. When I want a half Hawaiian/Pepperoni pizza, I have to select the Hawaiian, select half the toppings and add pepperoni to the other half. Inevitably, I get a call from the store to confirm the order. While I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail (great job CMR-San Diego!), its kind of annoying after ordering pizza for over a year. Should be an easy option to add.

With complete focus into the function of the app, and not to do with the amazing pizza, it’s an app that works but could use an update. Especially to allow a user to check their history and receive an email notification. I understand the delivery system is different, but it would be nice to at least wait with a confirmation instead of half paranoid if I even ordered the pizza or not.
