Works fine, but could be too fast

NPsych Doc
The app appears to work fine, but I haven't tested anyone who is colorblind yet. A previous review indicated people who are not colorblind should not see anything on some plates. That is true, but it does not appear that the app is scoring those wrong (I'm not colorblind and I got 100% on the test.). I use the actual plate in my job, so I understand how they work. I do agree that 5 sec is probably too short for some people to respond.

This is not like the test I’ve had at the doctors. It’s so fast that when I see nothing (most of the time), I don’t have time to touch nothing, or it’s not a choice and I just choose any number due to lack of time. I can’t find an explanation about how this test works leading me to believe it really doesn’t. Real scientific tests with significant validity cost money. I’ve known since kindergarten when I was unable to distinguish and accurately name the colors in a box of 6 crayons and spent a lifetime learning to compensate as best I could. Although it limits jobs and presents daily frustrations and more than occasional dangerous situations. It’s not considered a disability. I think the only numberI see is 13. The rest are all “NOTHING.”

Easier to pass than printed version

Skeletal 3D 0000
The contrast is a bit more obvious on this test than on the actual printed plates. Not sure if that matters if you’re actually color deficient. FYI using an iPhone X. Might be different on other devicesI do like that it scrambles the order of the plates each time you start a new test

As a recruiter, Ive used this app multiple times on potential cab drivers. I have to say im surprised this is free to use. The exam starts right away and it takes less than a minute to know if the person is colorblind or not.I personally dont care but it gives u details about shat type of color you cannot see.A must keep on ur phone app that is quite handy
