I have complained about this app not working outside the house for some time now, and today for the first time while connected to wifi it worked and looked great, so now I have to wonder even though I was told it worked with cell phone plan maybe I was given incorrect information and it only works when connected to wifi. Still a great app though. Get it to work with phone 4G/LTE and I will give it 5 star.

This is one of my most used apps on multiple devices. I wish I can attach a screen shot because all my iPhones I use as cams and streamers all have 256gb but this app takes up 97% of my storage!!! I have contacted support so many countless times and have NEVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE EVER. I’ve spent hundredssss of dollars using their companion apps together on about six devices average and I pay for the highest tier package for years. But I can’t have any other apps on any of my phones and it’s getting out of control. Sadly I am going to have to delete. It just doesn’t make sense to me why the camera app AVS (this one) has to use 223gb of my memory I don’t get it and that’s just not practical. What are you storing on my devices?!?! Thought it was a cloud service. I’ve deleted almost all my local storage downloads and still nothing. It’s very suspicious!!!

I down load this app a few years ago. When I first down loaded the apps the video and sound quality was very choppy. After many updates the apps are much much better. The video and sound quality are smooth and clear. I love this app.

I’ve been using this for years as a nanny cam when our kids would nap while visiting friends. Never had a works as well as a dedicated camera. Has never disconnect and is super easy to configure. Have used with MacBook, 3 different models of iPad, and 4 different iPhone models. Excellent app!
