The app is great but does not support facial recognition sign in. This was very disappointing when I updated to my new iPhone 12. Please add facial recognition for sign in.

I have had no issues and I’ve been using this app for years. Mobile deposits, changing from account to account, transferring funds; it’s all made easy with this simple app.

The app is very functional and runs well, my only negative is about the look of the app. The interface looks like something from Windows 3.1 Overall it's still a functioning and stable app, just hope they hire a real UI designer for a future version.

Since the latest upgrade I have struggled to use the app. There are repeated messages ‘failure to load data’. Phone calls to the credit union have not solved the problem.
