Glucose Recorder Free* is an easy-to-use application that can help you keep track of your blood glucose levels over time. It is a perfect companion for your glucose monitoring system. With support of iCloud, you can enter glucose level with your iPhone wherever you are, and the entry will be available on your iPad at home ... Entering glucose level can be done with a few taps. All the entries are recorded and presented nicely in the application's user interface. Deleting and editing record can be easily done. You can also email (pdf) report to your physician with a couple of taps or print the report directly to an AirPrint printer. Glucose Recorder is a universal application that can run on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. If you already have iCloud enabled, glucose level records will be automatically synced across different iOS devices. Well thought out in terms of input and display. No useless or complicated bells or whistles. It tracks glucose levels with no fuss and displays readings and trends clearly. Intelligent design. I've tried most, but this is the only one that performs easily and flawlessly.Only four stars because the "free" label is misleading. With an app this good, they should be more straightforward and transparent. The full version is worth buying straight away.

As an app developer myself, I am here to report that this one has everything you need and nothing that you don’t. All the other glucose recorders that I installed had a lot of superfluous stuff that got in the way. You can easily record your glucose readings with this app and select from a choice of test descriptions, such as "before breakfast" or "two hours after dinner” and it is quite good at guessing which one it is. The current date and time are displayed so you won’t have to touch them if you just tested but you can change them easily if you are recording an earlier test. You can also add a note to the record if necessary. The test results are displayed in a table with the latest at the top. You can also email a printable chart of your test results. In summary, I am delighted that I found this app. It has a 30 day free trial period. In other words, it is free for 30 days. There is no “false advertising” as the previous reviewer claimed.

I downloaded this app hoping for an easy data entry app to manage my blood sugar readings. It does contain graphs and allows you to enter numbers but the graphs are not easy to read. I won't be upgrading to the paid app and will return to a paper log.

Fairway lvr
While this chart was exactly what I was looking for, it does not have flexibility. I like the clear and simple line graph but you cannot adjust the plot points. When I tried to adjust an incorrect point, it erased all the data I had entered.
