This app has so much potential to be good but has too many glitches. Often the real time map doesn't even work and you don't receive notifications that your taxi is here leading to frustration for both you and the driver. I would not recommend this app to anyone. I'm going to just stick with calling in my bookings.

This app has so much potential to be good but has too many glitches. Often the real time map doesn't even work and you don't receive notifications that your taxi is here leading to frustration for both you and the driver. I would not recommend this app to anyone. I'm going to just stick with calling in my bookings.

To make it simpler and more reliable for you, we update the passenger app as frequently as we can. This release brings improvements to the booking experience for better stability and performance.
