Can no longer log in

I’ve been using the app for years but can no longer log in on the app. I’m able to log in on the website, but same login credentials on the app fail.Trying to reset the password also fails. And the links to contact or access the help center are unresponsive.Used to be one of my favorite apps to learn about new tech or get wishlist ideas for birthdays and holidays. My lists still exist online. But the app is otherwise a waste of space on my phone. I hope they figure this out.

Just redownloaded the app after making room for storage. Came to realize that I can’t log in anymore. It pop up some text that it’s unable to continue. Now I’m really gonna delete this app and never use this again. I use to log in through my Apple account. And now I can’t even retrieve a “forgot password” on this thing. I always hoped one day I’ll use this app to buy some cool items for my new place. But that’s okay.
