The County of Greenville, SC offers a 311 application to provide an easy way for citizens using an iPhone or iPad to submit service requests immediately to the County. The County of Greenville iPhone app allows submission of service requests from your device as long as you have an Internet connection. Note that to submit the request, the county web server must be accessible from your device.
Users can download the app and use it to report a variety of problems. The iPhone application records and tracks requests for service, complaints, and inquiries received from the general public. For example, you may want to report the condition of a particular road or street, a roaming dog, or litter in your neighborhood.
County of Greenville staff will ensure that the request is forwarded to the correct person for action and that you have a response within seven working days.
