Sorry for your trouble. It seems that some users think that a review is how to get support but we have many apps and only occasionally monitor the reviews not sure how we missed this one. Sorry! Although Apps are technically non-refundable you can request one from Apple if it is done in a reasonable amount of time. Since that has probably passed we would be happy to mail you a refund as we do not have access to your credit card info. Send us your mailing address and how much you paid. Hope this helps
Version 13 Updates are Great like PDF reports!
The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this one is just right for my business. t’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add other services that were falling through the cracks with just a few taps. Also saves me the time of manually generating invoices. It does take some time and effort to set up but is well worth it once you’re rolling. I like having control of my data and not logging into someones server.
Update has new Scheduler like calendar, but better much better!
The Scheduler InApp is like the Calendar, only much better. Tied to your client info so you can easily send appointment reminders. Big time saver! Also, now able save multiple images with descriptions with each client.
I am also pleased to see the addition of more financial & profit reporting now available. Changes have made a great app even better. Really can't beat this app with its functionality and reasonable one time fees.
