Repeated attempts yet again to get this system & app to work-together onboard our company aircraft; all to no-avail. Registration of the app on the ground never fully works. It takes repeated attempts, following all directions exactly, and then only getting a “limited service” registration. The note on the app then says “re-register again to get full service,” then fails, and you must start the whole failure-prone process once again. Multiple employees with iPhone 7s, 8s and 10s all having same issue. Considering my company spent more-than $180,000 installing the underlying system that enables this app to function; this poorly-performing, mostly non-functioning app is something that the company should ashamed & embarrassed-of. Please do something and deliver us an app that works correctly, and respects the significant 6-figure investment we made in your ATG-5000 system.

Messes up camera functionality...

After I installed this my camera lost the function to record video and also use slo-motion. It completely removed the options to use them. It also made the camera not operate in the normal picture taking mode, the screen just turned black like the shutter was closed... This app has potential but it needs a big update to address these issues. After you delete this app your camera returns to normal

Same problem can’t make app work

Pilot with no service
iPhone 10 and 8 won’t fully connect. Limited service for outgoing calls is supposed to work. Well... Doesn’t. This seems to be par for the course for this phone and data system. We have had nothing but lousy service and intermittent connections with the past three Learjets. I’m going to spec the next aircraft with Iridium. Garmin needs to get in the phone business.

It takes you through these steps and then a screen pops up saying "registering you now this may take up to two minutes" and then it gives you a "we failed to connect you to our network" every time. Tried this 100 different ways on multiple phones and networks. Literally a waste of data
