Could this app please have a function for making a mortgage payment from an outside bank account? I have been using the “external transfer” option for years (which takes several days) and lately the app kicks me out as soon as I select the option. Kind of hard to make a payment when the only way to do it boots me out of the app. Please update this and provide a reasonable way to quickly make a Payne payment.

this app is nice for convenience of checking accounts, but updating information, locking/unlocking cards, checking the “Cards” tab and other functions are super slow or don’t work. The cards tab specifically never works for me unless i restart the app multiple times. they charge a $5 service fee each month, so I’d like to see a better working app honestly!

This is a basic app with limited options. You can’t get statements, balance your account, print transactions/statements. You can’t report cards lost or stolen, request new cards. You can see your balance, see recent transactions and transfer money from one account to another. It’s worthless. One phone call and you can do the same 3 things. Don’t bother getting app!! Save your phone space.
