Great for Team Development

As someone that’s worked on multiple teams across different large companies, there is no doubt that leadership development has been a part of every role. Most methods of leadership training are outdated and corny, but not Leaderly. The ability for users to have a unique track to completing leadership training is much more productive than having certain material forced on you to read by managers. Each user will have a more positive experience when reading articles that interest and inspire them at their own pace. I am planning on showing this app to my director to see if we can implement it in our department. I highly recommend looking into this.

This app does a great job at pulling together all the necessary resources for improving my leadership qualities. It has countless articles, videos, and surveys that are catered to me and the way I want to improve. It also keeps things relatively quick and to the point, so I can just jump on the app daily and not feel like I’m having to “deep dive” into every topic. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get ahead and become a better leader!
