It’s 0600 now on a Payday. Where is my deposit? It should have been showing in my current balance as of at least 0100. No, it can Not wait till the bank opens. This app is supposed to operate without a Bank Teller 24/7. Where is the history for my CC? Why do I have to open a browser window to see my CC account info? This app was supposed to be an improvement… it’s not all there yet. When I order a transfer within my own USX accounts, it should be immediately shown in each account, Credit Card included. When I get a direct deposit, I shouldn’t have to wait to allocate those funds. We need same day/immediate action please.

This new app is absolutely horrible! The old app worked just fine. Why fix it if it wasn’t broken? I’ve been trying to pay bills for 3 days now and keep getting errors! I’ve been on hold over 2 hours for the last several days and cannot get through to anyone! Ready to close my accounts and leave after 28 years here. So disgusted.

I had other credit unions’ apps, and this is by far the best. I also have their CardTrac app. It’s nice to be able to move money between accounts, send money to someone else’s USX account, and pay bills. The CardTrac app alerts me when it’s used so that’s really nice as well!

If I could give a zero star review I would. This app crashes and malfunctions every other month. It is unreliable for users to pay bills. It is the only app for all the bills I have ever paid, mortgage, car, utilities that you cannot pay with your bank account or a personal bank card.
