You can now give your people even easier access to your IVM SmartSolutions with our new app. IVM is constantly working to explore new innovations and enhancements to all our solutions. SmartMobile was designed to enable action at any of our solutions, without any physical touch to the machine. Some of the SmartMobile features include Check Inventory at a Glance Without leaving their desk, SmartMobile users can search for products available at IVM SmartSolutions near them, enabling them to know exactly where to go to get the item they need. Reserve in Advance Once users identify the item they need in the app, they can reserve it for pickup. Touchless Pick Up After reserving the item on the app, users simply scan their badge at the machine in order to vend their item, with no need to interact with the machine All historical data is available on the app and is also still available for the support desk on ivmsmarthub.com, much like it is today, so there is no compromising any administrative processes by working with mobile vending. This is a true touchless solution that allows businesses to distribute products throughout their workforce without any reservations.
