The Butcher Shop Fitness is a Lagree studio that offers a 50 minute total body workout that is HIGH intensity but LOW impact. The workout is done on a Megaformer which targets the Slow Twitch muscles in your body, giving your muscles that long, lean look. It is the first and only workout that encompasses all areas of fitness into one workout; Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Cardio and Core. Each class that we offer is designed to help push you to your own personal ability level. It is our mission to provide a premium cut every time, for every one. With so many ways to modify and intensify this workout, it truly is a workout for EVERY ONE.
