Description: The Smart Village Project application is developed within the "Smart Village" project, funded by the Erasmus + program. It is an application with an educational purpose, which aims to disseminate to the widest possible audience the educational materials developed within the project, namely four handbooks and a set of didactic tools for trainers. These training materials will provide the interested public with basic entrepreneurial skills to develop their own business in a rural area, using proven and innovative good practices of local cultural tourism, based on the principles of circular economy and social innovation. The "Smart Village" project is an excellent opportunity for the elderly to earn a living and remain active in the community despite the economic crisis caused by the pandemic.
