Your first workout takes two minutes, including rest breaks. Exercise images, videos and a timer guide your session. Later workouts may take longer.

The app includes ads and optional in-app purchases. Plus includes ad-free training and personal goals. Prices and terms are shown before purchase.
If you choose to purchaseone of the subscriptions, payment will be charged to your Apple account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
