I’ve been unable to update the email address on my account because the app sends the OTP to my old, incorrect email address. That leaves me locked out of making a basic account change. I’ve contacted customer support several times by phone and email, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Please provide another way to verify my identity and update my email address. If something this simple is so difficult to fix, it makes me concerned about getting help when I need to use the app for something important.
