Download the Navy Health mobile app to access and manage your policy, make a payment or submit claims on the go. Here’s what you can do in the app: • Claim on extras – just snap a photo of your receipt and send it through • Track your claims • Check your benefits and limits • View and pay your premiums • Update your contact or banking details • Find a health provider near you • Upload documents (like claims or other supporting documents) • Order a new membership card First time logging in? You’ll need your Member number and Member Portal account password.
