I detest this app. It rarely recognizes my Face ID, forcing a manual login…except that it often doesn’t recognize my password, asking me to change it. Meanwhile, the website always recognizes my password, but it I then go to the app: Nope. This has happened many times. Infuriating.Then there’s the “organization” of the info. It takes forever to load when I login. Why? It wants to first fully download images of marketing for classes and services before the regular daily stuff that suspect most are using it for. It doesn’t clearly show how many sessions I have left in a prepaid set of classes, nor does it alert me when I have run out of sessions, thus I get billed at the single session price until I realize I’ve run out. Where are the hours the gym is open, or the phone number of the front desk? These are no-brainer items. As far as I am concerned this app is nearly useless in it current configuration.
