I understand SpareTime updated their computer systems which were incompatible with the old app. The old app had a functional graphical interface for reserving tennis courts and swim lanes. This new app loses the graphical interface, forcing the user to set up search filters and navigate multiple screens. Not user friendly.

Well, I’m now at a good 2 weeks trying to log into this joke of an app. I’ve loaded/deleted/reloaded the app multiple times, used various login id’s per the clubs suggestions, reset my password, turned WiFi off while trying to sign in (per the clubs suggestion) tried to re-register my account to no avail. I am eternally stuck on the black login page. Asking the club to reset my account I’m told they can’t do this (wth..) The old app no longer works so I’m stuck having them sign me in and calling prior to arriving to confirm the class I want to attend is still on the schedule. Complete and utter joke. At this point I’m considering just going to another gym for ease of use.

After spending 3min actually going through the app and learning how to use it before giving a rating, I absolutely love it! All you have to hit is save filters at the bottom of the search menu, I timed it at the club, phone out to reserved court, 11 seconds. Just have to be willing to learn something new 👍🔥

Unfortunately it’s not possible to give less than 1 star. This app is a disaster. How could management even think of launching it with such onerous functionality? To book a court is not even close to being logical, not to mention multiple confusing steps. Please! Do us all a favor and revert back to the old version until you have one that has a beta version tested by a focus group of members and is less complicated than a Rubik’s cube.
