Upgraded Flutter and dependencies to better support newer devices. Added an option to clear the browser cache for the remote link web view.

Updated the criteria lines for Downhole Bench Blasting charts.

Call log contacts can now be viewed offline. Call log operation select screen now lists number of contacts instead of number of instruments. Fixed logging out leading to a page with an indefinite loading spinner.

Added support for image overlays on maps. Map views now have a menu for toggling marker and overlay visibility, accessed from a button in the corner. Coordinate input fields on forms can now jump to an operation's approximate location if the actual location is not set. Chart legends now limit the length of labels to prevent overlapping text. Chart legends now limit the number of entries shown to prevent the legend from taking up more space than the chart. -This does not affect the actual points shown on the chart.

Added charts for event data, with its own tab in the menu. Dashboard date range filter is now an inclusive range rather than exclusive. The peak value across all channels is now bolded in the event details. Fixed some edge cases where the Mapping tab would be hidden for users who had access to it online.

Inactive instruments are now hidden by default. -A preference has been added to toggle this behavior. Hint for the nav menu will now only appear once, not every time the app is run. Unverified Events now includes Stop Events. Post activity/complaints/quality options are now hidden from non-applicable users.
