Order ahead and we'll have your bag of bagels waiting for you - you pick them and we'll pack them: one Himalayan blue poppy, two golden sesame's and three everything's? That sounds divine!
You can find us all over Fairfield County CT and even in Westchester and New York City!
Our sourdough bagels are made with only a few select ingredients: regionally and locally milled flour, sea salt, local water :)) our rye flour based starter, "bible". The dough is 100% naturally leavened- a true wild yeast! The whole process takes over 4 days...WHEW!
