Well, seems as if I won’t be able to order through the app. There may be a glitch when adding an address for shipping. There is no option listed under “Country” for The United States - so the app will not allow me to save my address without this. Unless I’m ignorant here and you’ll no longer be shipping to US.

I love Killstar's clothing. I want to start out by saying that, because I've purchased their clothes for years and have always been very happy with the quality. That's why they get an extra star on this review. This app is useless right now, if you don't live in Europe. I have no idea why they decided to make an entirely new app instead of just updating the UI of the old one. Everything on my wish list is gone. The only countries you can choose for shipping are in Europe. So that means everyone elsewhere is SOL if you wanna purchase through the app. I'll happily fix my review when they fix the app. But untill then... Just buy on the website. You can actually checkout. Though, they don't sync up wish lists with the app and the webstore, so... Those are gone. :(

I’m not too surprised at the buggy brokenness of this app since it’s brand new, but it’s still wrought with problems. First, when you download the app and sign in, none of saved favorites transfer over, it’s basically two different accounts under the same email.Second, when you do go through the hassle of re-saving all your favourites to your wishlist, and then check your wishlist, it constantly says your wishlist is empty.Third, if you try to navigate between your “bag” and your “wishlist” tabs, the app freezes and fails, forcing you to close the app and restart. Granted, restarting doesn’t resolve the issue, it just continues to happen and you have ONLY click on ONE option to do anything, and even then neither option actually works once you get it to open.Fourth, you cannot buy anything through the app. Period. It doesn’t work. As other reviews have noted, this may be a regional issue in the US, but that doesn’t really excuse it does it.This app is almost entirely unusable, and I wouldn’t be surprised to find that in a future update my wishlist becomes wiped due to lazy programming.Cannot and will not use this app nor will I recommend it unless it gets some major updates.

Let me preface this by saying I have ordered a ton of stuff from them. They do make cool stuff. Some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. But This incident I ordered a sweatshirt with a design on the front. When it arrived it was an obvious misprint. You couldn’t see the design at all and when I asked others what they saw they thought it was just a plain acid wash sweatshirt. So I contacted support, was polite and said I think I got a misprint. Instead of offering to help they accused me of mishandling the product(?????) and that it was my fault it was that way. After years of spending a ton on their stuff the one time I needed help I got accused of mistreating the item I literally just opened. All I’m saying is you better like what arrives or you’ll be put on trial
