The National Accreditation System for hospitals ensures that hospitals and healthcare organizations play their expected roles in the National Healthcare Ecosystem by complying with the nationally recognized, practice-focused, and evidence-based standards of the accreditation body. Therefore, an assurance by the Accreditation Body helps in creating accountability of healthcare Organizations among its stakeholders and making them more receptive with the trust of improved services. The program will ensure a quality-based approach that is not only effective but efficient for accreditation process. The program aims to evaluate the standards based on a series of questions that are verified using relevant documents or geo-tagged and geo-stamped photographs to measure the compliance status. The use of technology efforts will also ensure that the assessment process is transparent and efficient than the traditional ways of the manual process.
